Introduction

Effective date: May 11, 2026. Welcome to Payeer. By accessing or using our website, dashboard, APIs, plugins, or other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Additional policies (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) form part of your agreement where referenced.

Use of the platform

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements that apply. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws, card-network or wallet-provider rules, and our published guidelines.

3. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys, passwords, and dashboard access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or harm, or are required to do so by law or a payment partner.

Merchants and integration

1. Accurate information

You must provide accurate business or account details, settlement information, and technical contact data needed to operate the gateway.

2. Your customers

You are responsible for your relationship with your end customers, including pricing, delivery of goods or services, receipts, taxes where applicable, and lawful marketing.

3. Compliance

You must not use the Services for prohibited categories of business or activity as communicated by us or our partners. You agree to cooperate with reasonable due-diligence requests.

Payments and fees

1. Payment methods

Available payment methods, currencies, and settlement timelines depend on your configuration and third-party networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any single method.

2. Fees

Fees, if any, are as shown in your agreement, order form, or in-product pricing. We may change standard fees with reasonable notice where contractually allowed.

3. Third-party issues

Delays, reversals, or failures caused by banks, wallet providers, or telecommunications networks are outside our direct control. We will assist in reasonable troubleshooting within our role as a technology provider.

Disputes, chargebacks, and refunds

Payment disputes between you and your customers are primarily between those parties. We may facilitate technical records or evidence as appropriate. Refund eligibility for fees or service charges, where applicable, is described in our Refund Policy.

Prohibited activities

Without limitation, you must not:

  • Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, or illegal goods or services
  • Attempt to circumvent security, quotas, or monitoring
  • Reverse engineer or misuse our software except as permitted by law
  • Transmit malware or harass other users or our staff
  • Misrepresent transaction purpose or manipulate dispute processes in bad faith

API and software

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our APIs and documentation as needed to integrate, subject to these Terms and any rate limits or keys we issue. We may update APIs; we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice for breaking changes when practical.

Intellectual property

The Services, branding, and content (excluding your data) are owned by Payeer or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights beyond the licenses expressly granted.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, neither Payeer nor its suppliers shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to Payeer for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim (or, if none, one hundred U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Payeer and its affiliates against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may be communicated by email or dashboard notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.

Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Payeer’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country if you are a consumer.
